SummerFest 2008 Registration Fees

Registration fees for SummerFest 2008 are very low; their purpose is primarily to recoup some of the catering costs associated with attendance, with HCSNet covering all the other very substantial costs of running this week long event.

Walk-in Registration Fees

If you haven't already registered for SummerFest but would still like to attend then the walk-in registration rates are as follows:

• One Day - $75;
• Three days - $150;
• Full week $250.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes, even with the best of intentions, the best laid plans go awry, and that as a consequence you may have to cancel your attendance at an HCSNet event. For cancellations made before the close of online registration, we will refund your registration fee minus a $20 handling charge. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund registration fees in the case of cancellations made after the close of online registration, since by that time we will already have placed printing and catering orders based on your attendance.

Please note that this cancellation policy applies to the Conference Dinner. However, we are able to reimburse $20 for cancellations before Wednesday 3rd December.
